If you commission a Procedures Manual from us, you'll be ready when the Inspectors come to call. However, whilst we can help you satisfy Inspectors, we are more interested in assisting you to bring your procedures to life, for practitioners, partners and customers - and in improving outcomes for children.

To this end, we'll produce a solution that is accessible, easy to navigate and user friendly - and we'll advise on the best way to 'get the message out'.

You’ll also be joining an ever expanding family of providers and agencies, all committed to improving practice and outcomes for children – the vast majority of changes and improvements we make, come directly from day to day managers and practitioners ‘on the shop floor’, using their manual and helping us to find new and innovative ways to enhance the content and functionality.
