This quote, from a social worker in London, says it all - we want to make things easy for social workers and other practitioners, and we want them to help them achieve great outcomes for children and vulnerable adults.
We are passionate about improving services and outcomes for children and adults, and we aim to deliver solutions that really make a difference and are cost effective.
Maybe it's a bold statement but, by 2012, a Tri.x Manual will be the 'must have' amongst people working in the children and adults sector; the majority of regulators, managers and practitioners will trust us to provide top quality procedures with features which help them get the job done - which they enjoy using and which are useful in their day to day practice.

- ensure day to day practitioners and managers stay abreast of current and forthcoming legislative changes, good practice and trends;
- continually develop and evolve the format and framework for delivering Manuals so that practitioners and day to day managers are reassured they are doing the right thing;
- help strategic managers deliver excellent, up to date and high quality services and improve outcomes for children and families.
