Overview of the programme
This is a unique e-learning programme on outcomes and key messages emanating from Serious Case Reviews, dating back to 1945.
It also includes outcomes from a cohort of reviews conducted by one of the authors, Paul Tudor.

Users are encouraged to keep a Reflective Practitioner Diary, which can include a competence element, and we have incorporated a Resource Centre/Reference Library, which all users can contribute to.
