Our team are ready for the challenges faced by the children's sector and we are passionate about providing solutions that help our customers stand out as beacons of good practice.
1. Compliance Team
Our Compliance Team is headed by Philippa Evans, a childcare lawyer. Philippa has extensive experience as a Senior Solicitor in the public sector. Today, she works directly with customers and plays a key role as our Head of Compliance.

2. IT and Development Team
As one of our customers pointed out, we produce amazing solutions, which require equally amazing designers and IT specialists, Gareth Jones heads such a team, consisting of graphic designers, web developers and other IT specialists who are at the top of their game and enthusiastic to help us – and our customers – get the best out of the solutions we provide.
3. Production Team
Our Head of Production is Julie Newcombe, who has a background in managing IT solutions in the public sector. The production of a typical Procedures Manual passes through many hands, including a Lead Consultant* at the interface with customers and several other people, working behind the scenes to bring the manual to publication. At any one time, we may be creating or amending 15 Manuals, each with a different production deadline and complex set of instructions. Julie's team works relentlessly to get this right.
4. Sales and Marketing Team
In order to provide the best outcomes for our customers, we have to understands their needs and pressures, which is why we have created a dedicated Sales and Marketing Team, headed by Phill Barnett.
Phill is a qualified social worker with a background in both the public and independent sectors and he is assisted by other colleagues with impeccable credentials in childcare as well as sales and marketing.
