Engage, Inform, Reassure and Expand!

The big challenge for LSCBs is to engage and inform partners and the wider community, to offer reassurance and expand the whole safeguarding agenda; enabling them to work together to improve outcomes for children.

This is why increasing numbers of LSCBs are engaging us to create or revitalise their Websites (see Website Customers).

Engage		Inform
Use up to date web technology to get the message out to partner agencies, parents, young people and the wider community; give them the information they need and engage them helping you safeguard children.		Too few people, including many childcare professionals, know what LSCBs are responsible for or how they work. A well organised, accessible and up to date website will help to inform and will encourage people to get involved.
Reassure		Expand
People 'out there' in the wider community want to be reassured and play their part in helping to protect and safeguard children – use your website to create effective partnerships.		Increasing numbers of LSCBs are commissioning Tri.x to create and update their websites – and are generating great ideas which everyone can share and benefit from; join up and expand with us.
