Customers commission us because our solutions far exceed anything that can be produced in house or by our competitors; Tri.x manuals are accessible, easy to understand and can be customised to their needs.
There is enormous synergy to be gained from working with so many Boroughs, it enables everyone to work together, share ideas and create effective and exciting ways to bring procedures to life.
What's included?
The baseline for a typical Children's Services Manual is all procedures relating to Children in Need, Referrals, Assessments and Planning; Children with Disabilities; Preventative Services; Placements, Looked After Reviews and other 'Looked After Services' including Fostering, Adoption, Children's Homes and Leaving Care.
We can also integrate the London Child Protection Procedures, as we have done for Haringey Children's Services.
Also see the 'Standlone' version of the London Child Protection Procedures.
Those who expand their Manuals to incorporate wide Children's Trust Procedures include Youth Offending, Children's Centres, Education Welfare, LSCB and Child Health Procedures.
Costs
“In house solutions were complex and resource hungry... outsourcing to Tri.x was the most cost effective solution”
(Derek Fenwick, Business Manager, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea)
It's hard to provide realistic costs until we have scoped out your needs but a an entry level Children's Services Procedures Manual could start at £15,000 - for development and production of a full, web based, Manual to include Children in Need, Preventative Services, Looked After Services, Fostering and Adoption, Leaving Care and Children with Disabilities.
