Our Team of 'Lead Authors' are well established, they are passionate about promoting good practice and helping practitioners get it right with up to date and accessible procedures. See 'Our Team'
However, the number of local authorities and independent providers who trust us with their procedures is expanding rapidly, and we need to ensure we have the capacity to meet this demand.
As Lead Author, you will be responsible for creating procedures manuals for customers (e.g. LSCBs, Children's Trusts or Independent Providers) either tailoring them from our 'library' or assisting in the (re)writing of procedures. You will establish close working relationships with strategic and operational managers in customer agencies, assisting them to bring their procedures to life, for practitioners, partner agencies and the wider community.
You should be a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional, with a thorough understanding of legislation and good practice, who shares our passion and commitment.
